Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All items in your order will ship together in one shipment. Partial fulfillment is not done.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The Sturgis Superstore uses USPS for shipping. We do not use package delivery shippers (i.e. FedEx or UPS). We do not ship overnight or expedited.
The base shipping rate to the continental United States (except Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories) is $8.00 flat rate.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Sturgis superstore is not responsible for delivery delays. The Estimated Delivery Date provided at checkout is an estimate only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. As this in an estimate only Sturgis Superstore cannot refund shipping charges for shipments arriving past the estimated delivery date.
International Shipping Policy
Sturgis Superstore now ships to addresses outside of the United States and U.S. Territories. There is a flat rate of $25.00 for International Shipping.
Sturgis Superstore ships to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
