If an item that does not match your order was shipped to you in error, contact the superstore immediately. Upon verification that the item was shipped in error, Sturgis Superstore will ship you the correct item at no cost. However, you must return the original, incorrectly shipped item within 15 days or your credit card will be charged for the incorrect item. If you do not return the original, incorrectly shipped item in the same condition that you received it, your credit card will be charged for the incorrect item.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags on, and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Once an order has been placed, there is no refunds on Brick Orders.
Double-check the engraving text as entered prior to submitting your brick order.
Staff is not responsible for final spell checking of submitted language although we reserve the right to approve or deny any and all brick working. In the event that a brick’s language is denied, the buyer will be given the opportunity to modify the language.
No refunds will be given if you decline to modify the language. Copyright restrictions may require brick order language changes.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Event Refunds For City of Sturgis hosted events:
Refunds for events and experiences are allowed if requested more than 30 days before the event date. Refunds for events and experiences are not allowed if requested less than 30 days before the event.
If the buyer received physical tickets or other merchandise, those must be returned prior to any refund being issued.
If an event or portion of an event is cancelled due to an act of nature (i.e. rain), a partial refund may be made at the sole discretion of the City of Sturgis Rally & Events Department.
For a non-City of Sturgis hosted event (i.e. an event purchased through an experience package):
If the event or portion of the event is cancelled, the refund policy is governed by the hosting entity and buyer must contact that entity regarding refunds, reschedules, etc.
