Where are the bricks placed?

A location is selected each year in downtown Sturgis.

When will the bricks be placed in the ground?

There is no set date that the bricks are to be in the ground. Several factors affect the placement like weather and downtown events. However, they will be placed prior to the Rally each year.

If I order more than 1 brick, can they be placed together?

We can request that they be placed together but it isn’t guaranteed.

No, once bricks are placed in the ground, they are there to stay.

No, we don’t go back into previous sections and place bricks.

How many words can I put on each line?

You are allowed a maximum of 20 spaces on each line; 18 is recommended. This includes the spaces between words.

How many lines can I have on my brick?

You are allowed 4 lines of text on the 4×8 brick and 8 lines of text/logos on the 8×8 brick

Can I order a brick for my home?

Yes, you can order a replica brick and it will be sent to your home.

Can I be present for the placement?

We can contact you when the brick layer plans on starting but this is a process that takes at least a week and you won’t be able to get near the project until it is completed.
